Abstract

Study of hemostasis in various vascular regions have 86 practically healthy persons and 41 patients with primary atherosclerotic lesions of the aorta and its major branches. Determine the potential and actual activity of platelets and antikinetiс activity of red blood cells in the arterial and venous blood of various vascular regions. There was revealed high information research of hemostasis to diagnosis primary atherogenesis. Confirmed the role of the platelets in the change of «zeta-potential». Changes in these indicators in various vascular regions of patients with initial manifestations of atherosclerosis help predict thrombophilia and development intrahepatic thrombo-gemorragic syndrome. The use of modern laboratory indicators, measuring the «zeta-potential» in clinical practice would prevent complications of cardiovascular disease.
