Abstract

В статье рассмотрена проблема построения медицинских информационных систем для автоматизированного принятия и поддержки принятия решений, а также информационного сопровождения лечебно-диагностического процесса. Определены пути повышения уровня информатизации профессиональной деятельности в сфере здравоохранения. Согласно предложенному подходу разработана обобщенная структурная организация медицинской информационной системы. Ил.: 1. Библиогр.: 10 назв.

The article deals with the problem of developing medical information systems for automated decision support and decision making, as well as information support for the diagnostic and treatment process. The ways of informatization level improving in professional activity in the field of health care are identified. Under the proposed approach, the generalized structural organization of medical information system is developed. Figs: 1. Refs: 10 titles.
