Криминологическая характеристика лиц, виновных в совершении преступлений небольшой тяжести

Abstract

В статье анализируется криминологическая характеристика лиц, виновных в совершении преступлений небольшой тяжести, в целях обоснования законодательного закрепления категории уголовных проступков. Изучение криминологической характеристики указанных лиц необходимо и для выяснения эффективности существующих мер уголовно-правового характера, применяемых к ним. Проведение криминологических исследований в данной области обусловлено и необходимостью совершенствования уголовного законодательства.
