В статье рассматриваются роль и значение доверия клиента, правовых средств его обеспечения в процессе оказания юридической помощи. Авторы приходят к выводу, что степень доверия клиента к юристу не зависит от наличия или отсутствия у него статуса адвоката, а также об ограниченности возможностей юридических инструментов в обеспечении доверия и о необходимости расширения понятия адвокатской тайны и ее распространении на всех юристов.The role and the significance of the client trust, legal means of itsensuring in the course of the legal aid rendering are considered in the article. The authors come to the conclusion that the degree of the client trust to the lawyer does not depend on the presence or absence of his lawyer status, they also say about the limited capacity of legal instruments to ensure the trustand the necessity to expand the concept of the lawyer secrecy and its extension to all lawyers.
