Критериальные конструктивно-технологические параметры оценки сложности отливок

Abstract

During the production of castings there are often appear the problems connected with complexity of their manufacturing. They carry both technical, and economic character. As a rule, in conditions of production, these tasks are solved on the basis of the practical experience based on subjective character at their assessment. In this article authors, leaning on the principles which are put at the beginning of these works, offer a technique by determination of casting complexity, irrespective of a way of their manufacturing on constructive and technological parameters of a cast detail. Estimated criteria of their definition were developed for each of groups.

При производстве отливок часто возникают задачи, связанные со сложностью их изготовления. Они носят как технический, так и экономический характер. Как правило, в условиях производства, эти задачи решаются на основе практического опыта, основанного на субъективном характере при их оценке. В предлагаемой статье авторы, опираясь на принципы, заложенные в начале этих работ, предлагает методику по определению сложности отливок, независимо от способа их изготовления по конструктивно-технологическим параметрам литой детали. Для каждой из групп были разработаны оценочные критерии их определения.
