Abstract

В статье раскрываются субъективные признаки уклонения от уплаты налогов и (или) сборов с физического лица и с организации, анализируются наиболее дискуссионные вопросы квалификации деяний, связанных с обманным причинением имущественного ущерба в сфере налогообложения по признакам субъективной стороны и субъекта.

The article reveals subjective signs of deviation from tax payment of physical person and organization, the most debatable questions of qualification actions connected with fraudulent infliction in the sphere of taxation based on subjective part and subject are analyzed.
