Характеристика осужденных за экологические преступления в 2015 году

Abstract

In article the characteristic of the ecological crimes condemned for commission is given. Data on distribution of convicts on age, marital status, education, an occupation, nationality and a state of health are investigated. The identity of convicts is connected with their criminal and legal characteristic. Properties of the persons serving sentence who have brought them into places of detention are investigated. The analysis of category of the committed crime, numbers of criminal records, term of the sentence imposed by court, a type of establishment, actually served punishment sentence in correctional facility is carried out. He showed where and in what institution serving a sentence convicted as influences punishment on the convict, it is characterized by his attitude towards work, studies, and other convicts, what its general characteristics

В статье дается характеристика осужденных за совершение экологических преступлений. Исследованы данные о распределении осужденных по возрасту, семейному положению, образованию, роду занятий, гражданству и состоянию здоровья. Личность осужденных связана с их уголовно-правовой характеристикой. Исследованы свойства лиц, отбывающих наказание, которые привели их в места лишения свободы. Проведен анализ категории совершенного преступления, числа судимостей, срока наказания, назначенного судом, вида учреждения, фактически отбытого срока наказания в исправительном учреждении. Он показал, где и в каком учреждении отбывает наказание осужденный, как воздействует наказание на осужденного, как характеризуется его отношение к труду, учебе, другим осужденным, какова его общая характеристика.
