Abstract

The concept "Russian idea" is considered as an area of spirit, defining the mission and purpose of development of Russia. Conceptual-semantic analysis of a wide range of sources was made with the involvement of the theory of dynamic information systems. It allowed to build a conceptual-semantic model of concepts. The article considers the prospects for the actualization of the Russian idea in terms of becoming a mature post-industrial (cognitive) of the civilization.
