Abstract

In article the domestic criminal legislation is analyzed, the technique of optimum realization of the category "efficiency" in criminal law-making is investigated. The author makes reasonable suggestions for improvement of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

В статье анализируется отечественное уголовное законодательство, исследуется методика оптимальной реализации категории «эффективность» в уголовном правотворчестве. Автор вносит обоснованные предложения по совершенствованию законодательства РФ.
