Рискогенность общественной трансформации в новых исторических условиях

Abstract

В статье анализируется процесс формирования пространств риска, которые возникают в связи с глубинными общественными трансформациями в современной России. Обращается внимание, что в новых исторических условиях этот процесс протекает как процесс создания «хаотической неопределенности». Это повышает риски принятия политических решений во всех сферах общества.
