В данной статье рассмотрены тенденции развития института помилования в некоторых государствах – участниках СНГ. Статья не претендует на полное осве- щение вопросов, в ней больше поставлено проблемных аспектов, чем дано ответов. Автор продолжает более подробно прорабатывать эту тему исследования в моно- графической работе, которая готовится к печати.

This article deals with trends in the development of the institution of pardon in some states participants of CIS. The article doesn't claim to have covered all issues; the emphasis is made on some most problematic issues rather than answers to them. The author is working on this research topic in monograph which is due to be published.
