Стратегия и тактика защиты прав титульных владельцев объектов недвижимости при оспаривании результатов определения кадастровой стоимости

Abstract

Автором выявляются правовые проблемы, возникающие при оспаривании результатов определения кадастровой стоимости. Обсуждаются вопросы терминологии, применяемой в этой процедуре. Анализируются особенности оспаривания решения комиссии по рассмотрению споров о результатах определения кадастровой стоимости. Акцентируется внимание на сущности и правовой природе административно-правового спора применительно к проблемам оспаривания результатов определения кадастровой стоимости.

The author reveals the legal problems arising from challenging the results of the cadastral value determination. The questions the terminology used in this procedure. The features of contesting decisions of the Commission on the disputes on the results of determination of the cadastral value. Attention is drawn to the spirit and the legal nature of administrative legal dispute in relation to the problems challenging the results of the cadastral value determination.
