Факторы риска инсульта в Иркутске (по данным регистра)

Abstract

The most spreading risk factors for the men at the age of 25-74 who are ill with cerebral thrombosis are arterial hypertension 99,3%, heart diseases 83,4%, smoking and stress 30% and 42,3% respectively. As for women these factors are arterial hypertension 99,7%, heart diseases 87,3%, dislipoproteidemia 41,2, stress 38,2%. The important prognosticated risk factors for men are crisistical course of arterial hypertension, stenocardia with heart rhythm violation, diabetes of 2nd type independent of insulin as for women it is stenocardia with heart rhythm violation.

Наиболее распространенным фактором риска у больных инсультом мужчин в возрасте 25-74 лет является артериальная гипертензия (АГ) 99,3%, заболевания сердца 83,4%, курение и стресс 30% и 42,3% соответственно, у женщин, является АГ 99,7%, заболевания сердца 87,3%, дислипопротеидемия 41,2%, стресс 38,2%. Прогностически значимыми ФР для мужчин являются: кризовое течение АГ, стенокардия с нарушением ритма сердца, сахарный диабет (СД) 2 типа инсулиннезависимый, а для женщин стенокардия с нарушением ритма сердца.
