Комбинированная ксенотрансплантация как метод пролонгации жизнеспособности и функционирования трансплантанта в процессе лечения разных форм гипокортицизма

Abstract

Рассмотрены вопросы применения ксенотрансплантации комбинированной культуры адренокортикоцитов и гепатоцитов в комплексной терапии разных форм гипокортицизма, а также как способа предупреждения образования аденомы гипофиза. Проанализированы библиографические источники и сделан вывод о том, что при условии совместного культивирования ткани надпочечников и печени новорожденных поросят происходит усиление функциональной активности адренокортикоцитов, а после их совместной ксенотрансплантации у больных с разными формами гипокортицизма продлевается период компенсации заболевания и снижается доза кортикостероидов, используемых в качестве заместительной терапии.
