Образование земельных участков и уточнение их границ в массовом порядке

Abstract

В статье анализируются нормы Федерального закона от 24 июля 2007 г. № 221-ФЗ «О государственном кадастре недвижимости», регулирующие порядок проведения комплексных кадастровых работ. Выявлены недостатки в правовом регулировании указанных работ, противоречия гражданскому и земельному законодательству, предложены пути их устранения.

The article analyses the new provisions of the Federal law dated July 24, 2007 No. 221-ФЗ «About the State real property cadastre» for integrated cadastral works. Weaknesses in the legal regulation of specified works, civil conflict and land legislation, suggest ways to address them.
