
На Первом Всероссийском элитологическом конгрессе с международным участием, проходившем 7-8 октября 2013 года в Ростове-на-Дону, состоялось многоаспектное обсуждение проблем модернизации системы государственного управления. Автор анализирует оценки состояния и направления модернизации современных региональных политических элит, прозвучавшие в докладах и опубликованные в материалах, подготовленных к конгрессу.
Multiaspect discussion of problems of modernization of public administration system was held during First All-Russia Elitology Congress on October, 2013 in the city of Rostov-na-Donu. The author analyzes evaluation of situation and ways of modernization of regional political elite, delivered in speeches and published in materials for congress prepared.
