Нейромаркеры у больных хроническими гнойными риносинуситами

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of neurospecific enolase, antibodies to it, and anti-MAG antibodies in serum and nasal secretions of healthy men and patients with chronic rhinosinusitis. A total of 60 people aged 16 45 years old, distributed in a comparable age and sex groups: healthy subjects 12 persons, patients with chronic purulent rhinosinusitis 28 persons and patients with chronic purulent polypous rhinosinusitis 20 persons. The concentration of neurospecific enolase and anti-MAG antibodies was determined by solid-phase ELISA kits reagents Biomedica (Germany). It was found out that in healthy people the content of NSE in serum was 16.08 ng / ml in nasal secretions 0.18 ng / ml. The anti-MAG antibodies in the serum was nasal secretions, and 2.55 mg / ml and 1.15 ug / ml, respectively.

Целью настоящего исследования явилось изучение уровня нейроспецифической енолазы, аутоантител к ней и АНТИ-MAG аутоантител в сыворотке крови и назальном секрете здоровых и больных хроническими риносинуситами. Обследовано 60 чел. в возрасте 16 45 лет, разделенных на сопоставимые по полу и возрасту группы: здоровые лица 12 чел.; больные хроническим гнойным риносинуситом 28 чел.; пациенты с хроническим гнойно-полипозным риносинуситом 20 чел. Концентрацию нейроспецифической енолазы и АНТИ-MAG антител определяли методом твердофазного ИФА, наборами реактивов «Biomedica» (Германия). Установлено, что у здоровых людей содержание NSE в сыворотке крови составляет 16,08 нг/мл, в назальном секрете 0,18 нг/мл. Уровень АНТИ-MAG антител составил в сыворотке и назальном секрете 2,55 и 1,15 мкг/мл соответственно.
