Abstract

Price formation and mobilization capacities in defense industry enterprises, as well as the sources of non-budgetary financing for defense production expenses are considered. On the example of the Federal Republic of Germany, the author shows how the income from military activity finances a number of federal budget revenue items being regulated by the federal law. The business of the US corporations and the Code of Federal Regulations for acquiring goods and services, as well as the experience of the state planning in the development of industrial sectors, science and certain regions in the French economy are analyzed.
