In the article social and economic prerequisites of emergence and creation of system of organizational contracts are considered; high-quality complication of the economic relations and expansion of their specific variety is predetermined by improvement of the market relations in the direction of modernization of development of self-regulation of the public relations on the basis of free will of property independent subjects.
