
To assess the input of library branch into the social and economic development of a region an attempt is made to analyse the application of the social and economic indicators used as the characteristics of social and economic system of a region is given. Indicators are grouped according to the principles used in system of national accounts and analysed on a number of characteristics: measurement area, a technique of calculation and (or) ranges of definition, an information source, an estimation of application possibility, aim (problem) of use of a technique.
Дана попытка анализа использования социально-экономических показателей, применяемых в качестве характеристик социально-экономической системы региона, для оценки вклада отрасли в социально-экономическое развитие региона. Показатели сгруппированы в соответствии с принципами, используемыми в системе национальных счетов и проанализированы по ряду характеристик: область измерения, методика подсчета и (или) области определения, источник информации, оценка возможности применения, цель (проблема) использования методики.
