Abstract

Article devoted to the study of pension's provision of military serviceman in the post-Soviet Russia. In it, in particular, found, that due to changes in military-social legislation the Russian military pensioners lost many of socially significant privileges and guarantees, provided by the earlier laws and other normative acts of the Soviet Union. Their state-pension's provision was deformed, unable to adequately respond to inflation. Pensions in the Russian Defense Ministry in monetary terms are several times lower, than that of former civil servants and pensioners of other «powerful» agencies.
