Совершенствование норм гражданского законодательства России, регулирующих отношения с участием граждан

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются пути совершенствования норм гражданского законодательства России, подвергаются сомнению способность некоторых мер, принимаемых законодателем, улучшить правовое регулирование общественных отношений с участием граждан, повысить уровень защиты их прав и законных интересов.

The article discusses ways to improve the rules of civil law in Russia, questioned the ability of some of the measures taken by the legislator, to improve the legal regulation of social relations involving citizens, increase the level of protection of their rights and legitimate interests.
