
Recently Foresight in Russia is presented as tool of innovative development. This methodology in our view doubtfully contrasted with technology forecasting and strategic planning. Therefore the objectives of this article are to refine the content of Foresight and practical benefits of its appliance in the Russian economy. The article provides recommendations for its effective use of Foresight and its most important elements in the corporate governance practice.
