Abstract

В статье анализируются признаки процессуального правонарушения, формулируется понятие данной разновидности правонарушений, предлагается иные признаки, основывающиеся на понятии процессуальной законности.

In this article the author analyzes the characteristics of procedural delicts, formulated the concept of this type of crime are encouraged other signs, based on the concept procedural legality.
