Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы концептуального осмысления постсоветской реформации общественного строя в России. Отмечается, что процесс становления новой политической системы страны носил сложный и драматический характер, в связи, с чем активизировался научный интерес к разработке проблем государственного строительства, связанных, прежде всего, с дальнейшим развитием федеративных отношений, конституционного законодательства и парламентаризма. В статье подчеркивается, что усилиями ученых первого постсоветского десятилетия была заложена теоретическая база для дальнейшего совершенствования политико-правового обеспечения модернизации общества и государства.

The problems of conceptual understanding of the post-Soviet reformation of the social system in Russia. It is noted that the process of establishing a new political system of the country wore a difficult and dramatic, in connection with what has intensified scientific interest in the development of state-building issues related primarily to the further development of federal relations, constitutional law and parliamentary system. The article emphasizes that the efforts of the scientists first post-Soviet decade laid the theoretical basis for further policy development and legal support the modernization of society and the state.
