Теоретико-методологические аспекты изучения понятия правовой системы общества

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются отдельные аспекты теоретико-методологического исследования термина «правовая система общества». Анализируются современные подходы к определению данного явления в неклассической и постнеклассической юридической науке.

The article deals with some aspects of the theoretical-methodological study of the legal system of the society. Modern approaches to the definition of this phenomenon in non-classical and post-non-classic law science are analyzed.
