Abstract

Вопросы диагностики и лечения заболеваний слизистой оболочки ротовой полости остаются самыми сложными для врача-стоматолога. Согласно литературным данным, правильный диагноз при первичном обращении устанавливается менее чем в 30% случаев. В статье представлен алгоритм, который позволит рационально и эффективно провести обследование и лечение пациентов с эрозивно-язвенными поражениями слизистой рта, сократить количество посещений для постановки диагноза. Ключевые слова: эрозивно-язвенные поражения, слизистая оболочка ротовой полости.

The diseases of oral mucosa are very difficult to diagnose and treat for the dentist. According to reported data, the correct diagnosis during primary examination is made in less than 30% of cases. The article presents an algorithm that will allow efficiently and effectively carry out the examination and treatment of patients with erosive-ulcerous lesions of oral mucosa and reduce the number of visits for diagnostics.
