Развитие динамических способностей бизнес-участников интегрированных цепочек поставок

Abstract

В статье изложен подход к оценке динамических способностей участников интегрированной цепочки поставок, выделены факторы, определяющие возможности компаний быстро реагировать на изменения внешней среды. Проведен анализ потенциала динамических способностей в зависимости от организационной формы интегрированной цепочки поставок. Показано, что динамическая способность всей цепочки поставок определяется тем участником, который имеет низкую способность к изменениям

The article describes ways to evaluate dynamic skills among business partners in the integrated supply chains, and distinguishes factors that allow companies to react quickly to the changing environment. The author analyzes the potential for the development of dynamic skills in its dependence from the organizational form of the integrated supply chain, and shows that it is determined by the partner with the lowest capacity for change
