Abstract

This paper considers the robust design of the transformation of knowledge, which is an approach to the sustainability of the knowledge transmitted to external factors, and given to the concept of sustainability knowledge. Proposed to use the loss of quality as a method of estimating the cost of the transfer of knowledge in the organization of innovation. The understanding of self-learning system, in which innovation is the norm. The process of transformation of knowledge on the example of a manufacturing enterprise.
