Abstract

In strategic management of development of branches, regions, territories etc. it is expedient to consider innovative methods and decisions. By working out of programs of development of tourism in concrete district probably to be based on planning high technologies. Here, according to the authors, most we will apply the complex approach to the situation analysis, and a result is working out of innovative model of strategic management the integrated system of tourists-recreational branch with the account cluster interrelations and an estimation of investitsionno-building efficiency of development of region.

В стратегическом управлении развитием отраслей, регионов, территорий и т.д. целесообразно учитывать инновационные методы и решениях. При разработке программ развития туризма в конкретной местности возможно основываться на передовых технологиях планирования. Здесь, по мнению авторов, наиболее применим комплексный подход к анализу ситуации, а итогом является разработка инновационной модели стратегического управления интегрированной системы туристско-рекреационной отрасли с учетом кластерных взаимосвязей и оценки инвестиционно-строительной эффективности развития региона.
