Ответственность власти как проблема культуры

Abstract

В статье с философско-культурологической позиции обосновывается проблема ответственности власти. В качестве понятий обеспечения ответственности привлекаются «признание» и «ответ». Власть рассматривается в ее реальных и символических формах как власть политическая и власть знания, предлагаются и анализируются внешние и внутренние формы ответственности власти.The article from philosophical-culturological standpoint takes on the problem of accountability of power. Acceptance and response are used to clarify and explain responsibility. The power explored in its real and symbolic forms as political power and power of knowledge. In addition author proposes and analyses internal and external forms of power representation.
