The trends in human development through the prism of such specifi c resource accumulation, as post-graduate education are considered in the paper. Based on survey data post-graduate students, the motivation for obtaining post-graduate education and its scope of application are discussed.
В статье рассмотрены тенденции развития человеческого потенциала через призму накопления такого специфического ресурса, как поствузовское образование. На основании данных опроса аспирантов и докторантов рассмотрены мотивы получения поствузовского образования и сферы его приложения.
