Theoretical and methodical approaches for a choice of the basic direction of innovative development of the industrial enterprise are considered. For realization of the economically justified choice it is offered to realize an estimation of innovative potential of the basic directions of development of the industrial enterprise. Necessity of construction of the complex criterion which is taking into account innovative potential of a direction of development and a degree of the importance of various industrial characteristics of activity of the industrial enterprise is put in a basis of an analytical substantiation of a choice.

Рассмотрены теоретические и методические подходы для выбора основного направления инновационного развития промышленного предприятия. Для осуществления экономически обоснованного выбора предложено реализовывать оценку инновационного потенциала основных направлений развития промышленного предприятия. В основу аналитического обоснования выбора положена необходимость построения комплексного критерия, учитывающего инновационный потенциал направления развития и степень значимости различных производственных характеристик деятельности промышленного предприятия.
