Abstract

The aim of the reseach was to study pharmacoplogical properties, top determine safety effect diapason toxicoplogical properties of new adenine derivative 9-[2-(4-isopropylphenopxy)aethyl] adenine under laboratory code VMA-99-82 which reveals antivirial activity in vitro. The results of the reseach of neurotopxic profile of the combination VMA-99-82 are presented in the work; methodics of multitest watching accoding to «S.Irvin» being used. In the course of the reseach in was determined safety level the substans VMA-99-82 refers to the class of low toxic copmbination. The diapopson of doses (from 18.7 to 300 mg/kg) of the substans evident therapeutical effect in which accompanying side-effect are not essentialy revealedwas determined. Therapeutical effect of the combination VMA-99-82 is mostly in the field of bechavioral reactions, which presents interest for further deep stady of psychotropic effect the substance effect mechanism.
