Abstract

The paper presents the estimation of prevention efficiency in wound complication in case of allogernioplastic in 151 patients (aged from 33 to 76 years) with the large post-operation ventral hernia. We applied three drainage methods traditional vacuum Redon's, Blake Drains drain and UnoVac system. During Redon's drainage the seroma formed in 14±4,9% cases, infiltrate in в 9±4,0%,suppuration in 4±2,7%. In Blake Drains drain the seroma formed in 6±3,4%, in UnoVac в 4±2,8% cases. There were no infiltrates and suppurations. The application of UnoVac and Blake Drains drainage allows us to prevent seroma and suppuration development in postoperation woun, that is significantly improved immediate and remote results of the treatment.
