Abstract

Теоретическое рассмотрение методологических проблем производственных процессов на пищевых предприятиях АПК позволило авторам получить конкретную методику организации перерабатывающих предприятий пищевой промышленности АПК инновационного типа, которая может быть эффективно использована в практической деятельности предприятий регионального агропромышленного комплекса с целью повышения их конкурентоспособности.

Theoretical study of methodological problems of production processes at the AIC foodstuff enterprises made it possible for its authors to obtain a concrete system of AIC innovative foodstuff processing enterprises organization that could be effectively used in the practical activities of enterprises of the regional agro-industrial complex with the purpose of enhancing their competitive capacities.
