Abstract

In the article is examined the mechanism of search in the structure of the social historical memory of the functionally independent political knowledge, designated by concept of “political memory”. It proves, that “political memory” performs the role of the matrix, on the basis of which is achieved the generation’s production of structures and qualitative characteristics of the historical memory. The creation of the sociopolitical myth is represented in the article as the basic element in mechanism of the formation of political memory.
