Abstract

The combination of opportunities through a boneosteosynthesis new rod devices with techniques section of a bone of a basin through small accesses is effective and no traumatic in the way of treatment of patients with chronic damages the basin rings, allowing to eliminate any types of proof deformations of a basin. Features a stage elimination of various kinds of deformations of a basin by the developed techniques, according to the offered working classification are presented. The developed techniques of surgical rehabilitation of patients with consequences of damages a basin ring allow to achieve favorable results in 96 cases.
