Модель пострезекционной гипергликемии

Abstract

Гипергликемию у кроликов моделировали путем панкреатодуоденэктомии и спленэктомии. Предложенный способ позволяет получить модель стойкой пострезекционной гипергликемии, по своим характеристикам наиболее полно соответствующую состоянию эндокринных нарушений после панкреатодуоденальной резекции (ПДР) у человека, что дает возможность использовать ее для изучения способов коррекции гликемических нарушений связанных с данной операцией

Hyperglycemia in rabbits was modeled by pancreaticoduodenectomy and splenectomy. With the suggested method we may obtain the model of steady postresection hyperglycemia w hich characteristics correspond to the state of endocrine disturbances after pancreaticoduodenal resection in a man. Thus the model may be used to study methods of correction glycemic disturbances connected with this operation.
