О необходимости оценки эффективности схем территориального планирования

Abstract

The article is devoted to negative elements of the territorial planning schemes development that weaken the effectiveness of their implementation and to the recommended corrective actions. The reasons for need of a comprehensive assessment of the territorial planning schemes are given.

В статье рассматриваются негативные элементы разработки схем территориального планирования, занижающие эффективность применения схем и даются рекомендации по их устранению. Обосновывается необходимость оценки схем территориального планирования.
