Управленческий анализ в системе комплексного анализа деятельности предприятия

Abstract

What is management analysis? Read the article to find the answer to this question. The article examines the content of management analysis, its types and elements, presents a model of interaction between management accounting systems and analysis. A comprehensive analysis of internal resources and capabilities of the enterprise, implemented on this basis, allows giving a correct assessment of the current state of the business and identifying its strategic challenges.

Что такое управленческий анализ? Ответ на этот опрос вы найдете, внимательно прочитав эту статью. В ней рассматривается содержание управленческого анализа, его виды и элементы, представлена модель взаимодействия систем управленческого учета и анализа. Осуществляемый на этой основе комплексный анализ внутренних ресурсов и возможностей предприятия позволяет дать корректную оценку текущего состояния бизнеса, выявить его стратегические проблемы.
