О проблемах формирования единообразной правоприменительной практики при квалификации административных правонарушений в области миссионерской деятельности

Abstract

В статье анализируются погрешности законодательной техники, имевшие место при описании содержания и порядка осуществления миссионерской деятельности. Выделяются проблемы, которые могут возникать при квалификации административных правонарушений в области осуществления миссионерской деятельности в период формирования правоприменительной практики по анализируемым административным деликтам.

In the article the errors of legislative equipment taking place at the description of contents and a procedure of missionary activity are analyzed. Problems which can take place at qualification of administrative offenses in the field of implementation of missionary activity during formation of law-enforcement practice on the analyzed administrative delicts are allocated.
