Лазерная очистка растрированных валов со спектральным контролем

Abstract

A method of control over laser cleaning process by means of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is presented. A spectroscopic criterion of safety cleaning of metering rollers is formulated; the criterion allows for surface structure retention at maximal cleaning effectiveness.

Представлена методика контроля процесса лазерной очистки посредством лазерно-искровой эмиссионной спектроскопии. Сформирован спектральный критерий безопасной лазерной очистки растрированных валов, позволяющий сохранять структуру поверхности при максимальном эффекте очистки.
