Abstract

Growth of the sports results is inseparably linked with increase of intensity and volume of the physical activities, carrying out which the athletes sometimes reach a limit of the functionality of the organism. For realization of this purpose many trainers constantly look for new methods and forms of physical exercises for increase of the functional condition of the athletes organism. At the same time it is impossible to forget about preservation of the athletes health and quickly trace the dynamics of processes of the adaptation to the physical activity with the subsequent its adequate planning in educational and training process since the solution of certain tasks can lead to the negative consequences of the overstrain and adaptation failures of the organism. This problem is met very often in the cyclic sports being connected with increase of the aerobic opportunities of the athletes. Planning of the educational and training process in these sports demands necessary data on the functional condition of the organism of the athlete at each stage of preparation. Nowadays, the most available and informative indicator for control of the health state and physical efficiency of the athlete is the heart rate. This indicator is easily programmed in modern electronic and technical devices and equipment, allowing thereby to make quick changes in planning of the educational and training process, avoiding overstrain and adaptation failures of the organism.
