Креативное управление: институциональная оценка

Abstract

The article contains the institutional evaluation of creative management, related to the identification of institutional resources within the organization and in cooperation with the external institutional environment. The author of the article substantiates the position according to which the development of creative control of Russian organizations depends on the growth of institutional confidence in the organization and support of the institutions of self-regulation and competition in the Russian society.

В предлагаемой статье содержится институциональная оценка креативного управления, связанная с выявлением институциональных ресурсов внутри организации и во взаимодействии с внешней институциональной средой. Автор статьи обосновывает положение, согласно которому развитие креативного управления российскими организациями зависит от роста институционального доверия внутри организации и опоры на институты саморегуляции и соревновательности в российском обществе.
