К вопросу о патохимических изменениях системы метаболического гомеостаза в остром периоде ишемического инсульта

Abstract

Целью исследования явилось определение патохимических изменений и компенсаторных метаболических реакций, обусловленных усилением процессов катаболизма в остром периоде ишемического инсульта. В плазме крови определены показатели концентрации малонового диальдегида (МДА), молекул средней массы (МСМ) и активности семикарбазид чувствительной аминооксидазы (САО) у 30 пациентов в остром периоде ишемического инсульта (ср. возраст 69±8 лет, 20 женщин, 10 мужчин) и 17 здоровых испытуемых, сопоставимых по полу и возрасту. Оценка неврологического дефицита и функционального восстановления пациентов с ишемическим инсультом (ИИ) проводилась по шкалам NIHSS и Bartel Index. У пациентов с ИИ на 5-7 сутки заболевания было выявлено повышение уровня МСМ в 100% случаев (Рrs =+0,60, P0.05. В отличие от нормы, формирование ЭИ в остром периоде ИИ приводило к появлению новых метаболических путей, связанных с изменением ферментативной биотрансформации ксенобиотиков: САО/ МДА rs=+0.55, P

Pathochemical and compensatory metabolic reactions were investigated in 30 patients with acute ischemic stroke. There were estimated blood concentration of malone dialdehyde and middle-mass endotoxic molecules and semicarbozide-sensitive amine oxidae activity. On the 5-7th days of the disease there were revealed significant increase of malone dialdehyde and middle-mass endotoxic molecules concentrations. In is possible to suppose that simultaneous changes of system semicarbozide-sensitive amine oxidae activity/ malone dialdehyde as a compensatory reaction directed to the support of metabolic homeostasis.
