Abstract

На основании статистических данных ГИАЦ МВД России автор приходит к выводу, что преступление, связанное с производством и оборотом фальсифицированных лекарственных средств, посягает на два объекта отношения в сфере обеспечения здоровья населения и отношения в сфере экономике.
