Abstract

Strategy and structure of an organization is determined not only by the intended purpose, but also by an environment in which it exists, an environment, which creates a threat and brings problems. The organization should analyze this threats and challenges to change and evolve. The organization depends not only of a environment itself, but also of its dynamics, a frequency of occurrence of problems and threats, which also largely determines the organization and management system of an organization, and its structure.

Организация, ее стратегия и структура, определяется не только поставленной целью, но и той средой, в которой она существует, средой, которая создает угрозы и привносит проблемы. Организация должна анализировать угрозы и проблемы, изменяться и развиваться. При этом организация зависит не только от самой среды, но и от ее динамичности, частоты появления проблем и угроз, что также во многом определяет и систему управления организации, и ее структуру.
