Abstract

Приведены результаты получения пористых литых заготовок с использованием в качестве порообразователя плакированных гранул пенополистирола. Дана конструктивно-технологическая схема установки для вакуумной пропитки в литейной форме засыпки гранул пенополистирола с жидкостекольным покрытием с добавкой ПАВ и дисперсного порошка алюминия или огнеупорного материала силуминовым расплавом. При термодеструкции пенополистирол газифицируется, образуя поры в заготовке. Получены образцы пористых (пеносилуминовых) литых заготовок.The results of the production of porous castings, using as a blowing agent clad polystyrene pellets.
