Abstract

In article the structure of rats liver tissue in embryogenesis and ontogenesis against additional loading intraventriculus by grapes seeds and sesame cakes is considered. It is revealed that suspension of extraction cakes of grapes seeds the organism of rats answers loading with oppression of apoptosis in hepatocytes to peripheral part of segments of the liver raised by synthetic activity of cells, synthesizing albumine and proteins of blood plasma, and also increase of desintoxication function of body. Suspension of extraction cakes of sesame seeds the liver tissue of embryos and mature rats doesn't answer loading with pathological changes, but for 21 days of embryogenesis the strengthened proliferation of cells in bile-extracting channels is noted and at embryos is prolonged erythrogenesis until the birth.
